I'm approaching 10,000 miles since I received my SE on Jan 1. After driving through all possible conditions and temps spanning 100˚F, I'm super happy with the car. I noticed something recently, which seems pretty consistent. That is, when battery is below ~20%, max power is reduced. This is not the same as cold-related power reduction, where fewer power 'bars' are illuminated. Instead, full 'bars' are shown while driving along normally, but they drop by a few when the pedal is floored and pop back once the desired excessive speed is achieved. Anyone see this, too? I anticipate responses ranging from 'this topic has been covered twelve times in previous threads' to 'your car is busted'. Hoping it's not the latter. Thanks!

That is by design, it's covered in some videos by people on Youtube running the SE to empty. Here's one example, the drop in power is at about 15:45.

I've seen this a number of times on mine, not something to be worried about.

Most EVs will reduce power at low battery percentage, I'm pretty sure the power bars will start dropping at low battery percent but at ~20% it's right on the edge. Flooring it probably causes the battery voltage to sag for a moment triggering the power reduction/protection
