Doesn't show status of charging. Previous version shows in L2 charging: is 240V, seems not showing status of the battery charge update as frequently..

Does Honda Link work - is there a mobile phone app that works? I can get no information and all links and connectivity seems lost. So is Honda supporting an app for the Clarity or is it dead? Please help as my wife liked the app but it has vanished.

Not showing battery status again in Toronto, Canada. It doesn't refresh battery status since 1/21/2021.
Notification show up:
Vehicle Information
Unable to retrieve the vehicle status. The vehicle may be in an area of low signal reception.
This message suggests HondaLink server data link is very weak. Not able to connect my vehicle. My cell phone works fine at that charging station. Anyone else experience this issue.
