Anyone know how to identify if a late 2020 64kw Premium SE has a 7 or 10.5kw OBC.
Have 3 phase electrics at home so would be handy to know.
I've spoken to Hyundai they claim my car was never available with a 10.5kw but I'm pretty sure that isn't true.Screenshot_20240203_212233_Samsung Internet.webp

Remove the plastic cover and read the label or supply us with a picture. I assume type 2 Mennekes charge port and you are located in Europe?
I believe the 3 phase charger is silver while the single phase version is black.

You can check for the 2 extra populated pins on the Type 2 port.

Or, look under the plastic cover to see the colour of the top-most unit. 3-phase is silver (as in photo around the yellow label), 1-phase is black.

Thanks for the replies, I didn't know the cover just pulled off (I wouldn't of known what was underneath it either :)) So mine looks much the same as the photo you sent (not as nice and clean) , so therefore a 10.5kw, very disappointing for Hyundai to state it was never even available on my model!!
