Juicebox pro 40 refurbished

Has anyone ever purchased a refurbished JuiceBox pro 40 before from Emotorwerks?


They are listing them for $385 today and was thinking of getting one. The only catch seems that they cut the warranty down to just 1 year and 14day return period.

Yestterday, I've pulled a trigger on this sale, $385+tax.
Trying to replace Siemens charger, which fails on the pre-conditioning mode, returning it back to Costco.
I've noticed 1 year warranty as well, which is OKAY. According to forums the most faulty portion of unit is Wifi module. Hopefully, it fails within 3 months like everyone's else or never !;)
 
LOL - it's probably one of the several I've had to return because it couldn't maintain a connection on wifi. On #3 now, and it still doesn't work reliably. Good luck.
 
Even if the WIFI module fails, it is still usable as a dummy charger aka Siemens unit, but hopefully will work in the pre conditioning mode.
BTW, they have shipped it on the same day, scheduled to arrive on this Friday, will report the result once installed.
