Is this a self driving I-pace in SF?

Interesting to see a Waymo branded I-Pace in SF, where is the LIDAR and sensors?

Not seeing this in Arizona yet where Waymo is doing the most testing. One issue I have with the driver-less cars is that if you are stuck behind one, they will not go anything above the speed limit, not even if the traffic light is changing and a little speed up will help not having to wait.
