Intelligent Speed Limit Warning missing

I've reading in a UK forum that some of the first cars have this feature.
Is it available here in North America( Canada in my case)?

There is an option in the user-selectable menus to set an upper speed limit. (If that's what you're referring to)

No mention of it in the manual, we do have it displayed on the hud, just not on the dash lcd screen

It is supposed to read the real maximum speed and show it with the speed from the gps
