***It's not good to switch the back headrests to the front seats, and it could and probably will lead to a higher chance of neck injury if you get in an accident. There's a reason the front headrests are the way they are and I'm not taking responsibility for any neck injuries in an accident. Probably you should not do this.*****

but the headrests from the backseat will fit in the front slots, and if you have a pre-existing neck sensitivity to the slight forward tilt of the head rest it can be more comfortable because backseat headrests are slanted back instead of forwards making them much more comfortable for people with sensitive necks. Probably, most people already know this, but after hours of experiments to figure out neck comfort I figured this out.

Also it looks like if you have a sensitivity to the forward tilt of the headrest design the chesterfield lounge leather seats seems to give the most comfortable neck headrest. You would think it would be the mini yours because the seat is so comfy, but at least if your shorter it seems that I found the chesterfield lounge leather to be more comfortable, because the headrest is a little less puffy, and maybe the mini yours seat is a little less loungy.

I understand everyone's got different bodies, different preferences and such. This is just something I found in some extremely informal experiments with neck comfort.
