I am officially a Kona recruiter!

My niece just sent me a picture of her brand new Kona Electric SEL, gray with a white roof. While I am not 100% responsible -- she and her husband did test drive a Tesla Model 3 as well and decided the Kona felt "more like us" -- the fact that I've been singing the Kona's praises for months definitely helped. She hadn't really been looking to buy a new car this year, but in the space of a few weeks her faithful 2009 Honda Civic was in a minor accident that cost it a side mirror and developed a couple of mechanical issues, including a dead starter, and they decided that putting that kind of money into an 11 year old car didn't make sense.

And her dad, my older brother, is seriously starting to think about an EV, too. Soon I'll have the whole family recruited.
