Hyundai grand i10 FOB KEY PROBLEM

I have a Hyundai grand i10 with a start stop button , recently my FOB key wont start the car unless I push the start button with the key , I changed the key's battery but still not working , even the spare key is not working either, I disconnected the cars' battery too and reconnected it , still not working , aalways showing me "KEY OUT" on the dashboard , the FOB key still open and close the car remotely but wont start the car. any help or advice THANK YOU
