I used this map of the California hydrogen stations:

Using the filter, I selected just operational stations. Then I clicked on the three in Sacramento, two reported in the text being "OFFLINE" but the icons showed the operational. If I were a California resident and found the station I drove up to is down and not enough to return home or a working station ... I would be toad away ... (Firesign Theater.)
