It would help me plan for the arrival of the car, is there a way to locate the car after it has been dispatched from the factory? (its arriving in Florida)

You can track the RORO carriers for free only when they're near a coast (eg. on marinetraffic.com). When they're on the open seas, you have to pay for the satellite data. Even after you discover your ship has docked, the amount of time it takes for delivery to your dealer is unknowable. Ask MINI can tell you on which ship your SE is traveling (i.e. not on which ship your SE will be traveling).
