Please do not get excited as this in Japan for now and will sell only to companies who will recycle the batteries, and is in very limited quantities. But it looks very cute still and might make its way across the ocean one day

Too late, I’m already excited.
I wonder about the licensing if they ever come to the US? Is the law about under 50 cc not needing license or insurance written in such a way that you can claim, “Hey, this is under 50 cc so it legally meets the requirement for no registration or insurance”? If so, I bet there will eventually be a scramble to rewrite the regs.
