I liked this vehicle so much by looking at the youtube videos that I was ready to book the vehicle but when I did a test drive of the vehicle, my whole idea of buying it got changed.

- A second class citizen. Yeah, Yeah, am aware that they had to provide a heating coil to the battery for Canada, but seriously can you not provide an option to have power seats for the guys who are interested, that is why I really felt like a second class citizen
- Honda communication - Honda is too big to communicate to its customers. They don't mind losing their customers, but their employees make it a point not to communicate with their customers. Even google with millions of customers communicates with their customers, but not Honda. Their culture seems to be that we make very fine cars, if you want to buy it, just buy it, but never ever disturb us.
