Hi,
To owners of JB 40 Pros...
Has anyone experienced difficulty connecting to their network?
Tried multiple times from app, reviewed support docs, spoke with support- they said it may be JB only works with 2.4GHz band? Now looks like I need to get educated on WIFI networking, a bit frustrating.
Any help or insight would be appreciated.
