Having Trouble To Stop Listen From Alexa

I recently purchased a 2nd Hand 2021 BMW i3 car and I connected the Amazon Alexa - Echo Dot with it. It was working fine for the first few days, but now I'm having trouble stopping it from listening. Is there a problem with the car's music system? I cant understand what is the actual reason? Could someone please help me?

Thank you for your approval of the post. I initially thought the problem was with the music system, but after reading this article, I implemented one of the solutions, which was to use the mute button. The problem was solved after using this method. I no longer have any issues with it.
