Picking up a 2023 Cooper SE, Moonwalk Grey and Icon interior. It has all the goodies, including a "Heated Steering Wheel Credit". Not too excited about that. Can it be installed after the fact? Have same problem with 2024 Sprinter and MB dealer can't install any options after delivery. Say they are swamped with regular MX.

First EV. Not planning any road trips, for that we have the Sprinter which is being DIY converted with bed/potty/galley etc. I just want to use the Mini to go-kart around town and find parking space at doctor's office, grocery store etc. It'll be plugged in level 1 at home, and if that's not enough I have a 30A welding outlet in the shop. Aside from the Sprinter I have a dually RAM for pulling heavy stuff and that's not too handy in town either.

I'm someone that actually reads (most of) the book...... I cam across this. Interesting. LOL

The heated steering wheel was credited on my 2023 due to supply chain issues with the chip that controls it and Putin invading Ukraine where the wiring harness was made.

As I have steering wheel heater in NY you newer going to used or you in very cold climate

Sadly, that was @OscarZoom's only post. We can hope his MINI Cooper SE was everything he wanted it to be (except, of course, for the steering wheel that requires gloves for winter comfort).
