I noticed the Clarity offers rear parking sensors... which seems redundant with the backup cam.... but the Accord offers a package of front and rear sensors for the same $500 price tag. What technical limitations would Honda have for not allowing customer to add front sensors to the Clarity. I have a shallow garage I pull into.. and would love front sensors for parallel parking in tight spaces also. Any good aftermarket solutions to this if Honda can't do it?

I'm happy with the backup camera. It has nearly 180 degrees of view so backing out of a parking lot space I can see cars coming either way. As for our own shallow garage we simply use a tennis ball hung from the ceiling with a string. We line up the car so the tennis ball touches the windshield right where the camera is.
