Previous visits by dignitaries to Canada have been chauffered in a Lincoln town car. Given the disrespect shown to Canada by the Trump administration the decision was made to use a vehicle made in a different country. I am Canadian and approve of this decision.
 
I am not Canadian and a former US Marine and I too agree with this decision. Perhaps you can get a Yugo for “special” visiting politicians and their minions. Large USA flags (made in China) on the front fenders.

Trump is due to visit Canada where the next G7 is being held. Over looking the fact that we're not supposed to admit convicted felons instead of the Yugo I would suggest picking up Trump in a Chrysler Pacifica plug in EV made in Windsor Ontario. And have it make the drive from the airport to his hotel in pure Ev mode.

Wherever they go, US Presidents bring their own "car." The current Cadillac (circa 2018) is known as "The Beast." Other names for it include Cadillac One" and "First Car." It's code name is "Stagecoach."

If POTUS discovers Qatar has a more luxurious ride, I expect he will demand they give it to him for free.
