First hints of Chevy's E-Ray Corvette show up in patent form.

Looks like they are going for a small super powerful/efficient hybrid setup.

Looks like they are going for a small super powerful/efficient hybrid setup.

A hybrid corvette seems logical as a step towards an electric sports car.

With a BEV or PHEV Vette/Camaro GM could easily leap frog Ford and Dodge by providing improved performance and efficiency. These are already niche vehicles. (GM currently sells twice as many plug ins as vettes) So they’re ideal test beds.

I hope we hear more from this soon!
