Hi! I’m getting ready to purchase a 2019 Chevy Bolt, and am hoping for advice on which home charger to install. Based on reviews, I’d like to purchase a JuiceBox, but am not sure whether I should go for the plug-in or hardwired version.
I own my home, and the EVSE will be installed outdoors. I don’t currently have an outlet there, but installation shouldn’t be too much of a barrier as my electrical panel is right next to my driveway. Is there any reason to choose the hardwired option over the plug in version?
