Does this design of electric coach bus make sense ?

The big, quieter fan is a good idea. The biggest problem I see is the designers forgot there are passengers who use wheelchairs.

Challenges always exist when realizing new designs. Nevertheless, may I learn if any part of the design looks technically infeasible?
