Hi everyone i have just purchased a Hyundai kona Hylander EV 2022 and have plugged it in for the first time at home on a 7kw ocular charger and its only charging at 1.2kw per hour is there a setting on the car that is stopping the charge coming through or could it be the charger

Yes and you will find it in the infotainment unit (center screen) under "charge management". (Set it to Max)
Perhaps try posting future Kona EV inquiries in the related Kona EV sub-forum to achieve accurate and quicker results as that section is dedicated to this make EV.
