European Hyundai EVs to be equipped with 800V charging systems in 2021

Starting in 2021, European Kia and Hyundai EVs will be equipped with 800 V charging systems.
This move is to accommodate 350kW IONITY's HPC facilities which are equipped with digital payment options.
Hyundai has invested in IONITY along with Kia, BMW Group, Daimler AG, Ford motor company and Volkswagen Group with Porsche AG.
