When will we hear about the sister vehicle, the Kia Niro?

Good question. I'm surprised Kia is being as quiet as it is about it. Especially when there's so much out there about Kona and I thought deliveries of the two in the US shouldn't be separated by a long period of time.
Being as they are on the same platform, and the Niro is a bit bigger, I would guess its range will come in lower, say 248 miles.
