I considered this unit after my ChargePoint HomeFlex became inoperable after the WiFi lost the ability to find and connect to a network. I contacted Emporia and they said a WiFi internet connection is required to set up the unit and there is no manual dip switch to manually select the amperage. I ended up getting the Autel MaxiCharge because of ethernet capability and the ability to manually set the amp level. A week later, ChargePoint agreed to warranty my HomeFlex and sent out another unit.
