I have a 2018 Prius prime. My dousida charger is stuck in the charge port. I have been using this one for about 2 weeks now with no problem, for some reason that I can’t figure out, I can not remove it. I have checked that the pin that locks it in place is released. It seems to holding on the top side of the plug. Now for the real problem I am about 200 kilometres from the dealer. Car can not be driven with charge port open. Can someone give me any suggestions. thnaks for all and any suggestions they could help me.

It looks like there may be some kind of emergency release.

Turn on the "accessories" and it can unlock the connector.
The problem is the 12V is (can be) turned off while charging.
