If you had your car battery replaced, please share how long it took and what did you do to convince to replace it?
I made the mistake to get the 2021 Kona after they bought my 2019. The car would not go into drive after it is charged to 100%. The dealership said the battery needed to be replaced. It is sitting there since August 11th (more than 2 months now). They do not have batteries and cannot provide ETA. Between the monthly payments, the insurance and the registration for a brand new electric car I am spending a lot of money on a car I can't drive and don't even have in my possession. The dealership, the Hyundai Finance and the Hyundai Customer care all say there is nothing they could do and that I have to just wait until it is fixed.
Any advice on what I can do is much appreciated.
