Customer feedback card

Going through my papers, I found the customer feedback card from the casino-hotel. I mailed it back with the highest marks for the casino, hotel, and staff along with this photo:

My complaint to management mentioning the other vehicles appeared to be owned by hotel staff appeared to solve the problem. <GRINS>
