Well, unfortunately, there is no classic cruise control option. But, if you want to use 'adaptive' cruise control, here is what I do:
Step #1: Before starting your drive (I don't do this every time, but it is good to know what might break functionality):
Check that the car sensors are clean and nothing is blocking them. (windshield by rearview mirror and camera on front bumper emblem)
Check that the front hood is fully latched on both left and right side. It's deceiving I know.
Step #2: Once you are driving, find a spot where another car isn't too close in front of you, and press the engage cruise control button on the steering wheel as indicated #1 in this picture:
Step #3: Release the accelerator pedal and hopefully it will maintain your speed.
