I just saw an interesting article on Green Car Congress about a Consumer Report on tires for EVs. Here's the eye-catcher. "More than 30% of Consumer Reports EV Charging Community members who have replaced their tires have replaced tires on their EV sooner than expected, with more than half replacing tires at or before 30,000 miles, according to Consumer Reports."

And generate lots of torque.
As 2025 HondaAccord 192 HP /192lb-ft of torque is very similar to SE 181 HP / 199 lb-ft of torque and Honda Accord weight 3250 lb. SE weight 3150 lb. And as you drive both cars as you stolen them not surprise you change a tires before you get to 30000 miles specifically those provided by factory to get you bigger range as you replace them with all season or all weather or summer tires not OM your range always suffers just take an easy when you start on green light to beat any car next to you with all torque available in SE

I'm not at all unhappy with the life of my OE 'kooks. The 200TWs I autocross on don't do so well, but normal for autocross use... I think a lot of EV owners just indulge in more hoonery than with gas cars.

Yeah I think the PS5 will land somewhere near the middle of a tire Venn, with decent grip, ok rolling resistance, and long tread life, but conceding a bit on unsprung weight and price. The Asym 6 might also meet the middle of the diagram, claiming better grip and lighter weight, but giving up ground on wear and maybe efficiency.
