Could be interchange battery pack from 24Kwh to 40Kwh

Hello

We have a Nissan e_NV 200 24Kwh, if I change all the battery pack from a Nissan Leaf 50kwh, this van will have more capacity to make more km. But I think so that then, I’ve to reprogram the inverter, because have to know it that we change their capacity from 24kwh to 50kwh.
Do you know any company that is doing this job?

Do youknow any equipment to check the SOH, SOC, and battery capacity?
