Commute EV suggestions?

Hello. I am relatively new to EVs, having purchased a LRMY 11/2020. I am selling my 2018 Q7, and want to lease an EV for 2-3 yr, for local commute only. Looking to spend as little as possible. Any suggestions/offers known? Live in Texas (Dallas)

If you don’t mind a small car, the Mini Cooper SE, with the $7,500 tax credit, is about the best EV value in the US, currently, if you were buying. Especially for a local commute. EDIT: I don’t know if Mini leases them or not.

You didn't say what you are looking for in a commuter car so its difficult to give recommendations. Options might be BMW I3 , standard range Mustang Mach E, VW Id4 Volvo XC 40.

Your best value would probably be a 2020 Bolt EV. If you want super cheap and fun find a used Electric Smart car, just be aware of its limitations.
