Clock display on touchscreen panel

Is there a way to display clock and date info in the middle of the touchscreen panel w/o any other apps? I looked around all the options and cannot figure out.

Home/Info/Menu/Clock&Wallpaper will give me an analog clock with date. You can load pictures of your choice as the background (specific format from a USB - search the forums for the procedure)

Here's another option to get a bigger clock display. Like many others, I also found the tiny clock display in between other options is a very poor UI design.

1. Go to setting and change the Skin to this UI:

2. Select "Info" option from above screen to get to this screen:

Note on the 1st screen shot, I have also jail-broken my unit so that I can install more apps (center row), such as MX Player for Video playback from USB drive, NewPipe for YouTube video, Poweramp for Music from USB (much nicer than built-in music app), Chrome and Browser for browing web apps. I have also tried Waze as a native Android app, but it's too slow. I uninstalled it, and rely on the Waze app from Apple Carplay via my iPhone.
