Is public charging stations are free ? If not how much they charge for each full reacharge ? I found one iPhone app called ChargePoint which showing me some nearby stations ... I live in Long Island Nassau , NY
 
It depends on the charger... some are free, some have an hourly fee, while others bill you by how much power is used. ChargePoint I believe is the largest nationwide network of charging stations. Locally, I have two hotels with ChargePoint chargers. One costs $0.85 per Hour for the first 4 hours.

So around $1.70 (2 Hours) typically to completely charge up the Clarity.

I would also recommend you use an app called PlugShare which shows a lot more charging stations outside of the ChargePoint network.
 
You can search each app and use "free to charge" on the filter but sometimes you have to pay to park and then you can charge for free
