Charging issues

Hi,

Got my new Kona last Friday. I've been having issues charging the car. Two nights the car stopped charging at different %.
When I went inside the car it started charging again. I have a juicepro 40.
Did anyone had similar issues? I verified the settings and all the charging are up to 100%
Verified on the juicepro side and everything looks good.

I have the same charger and have not seen this problem. I have the notification option set on the charger and it sends a message when charging has completed, not a solution to your problem but it may help you diagnose it. You can also dial down the current the charger provides, a lower current might also provide some clues.
