Cell phone booster?

Has anyone found a cell phone signal booster for the Clarity that doesn’t make it look like Frankenstein’s Monster? Everything I can find is clunky and I’m sure would need to be removed before going through a car wash.

I wish I could just tap into the antenna fin on the roof already since I never use the radio.

You would either need to be comfortable with doing significant DIY work on your car including cutting a hole in the roof, or be willing to pay a commercial two-way radio installer to do it for you, but you can get relatively low-profile permanent antennas for those boosters: https://www.weboost.com/products/4g-nmo-antenna-314405

In fact, I am thinking about getting one myself for the used Clarity I bought a couple weeks ago.
