CA HOV Sticker Changes

I didn't see Inside EVs (or anyone else) cover the new changes to CA's HOV stickers. The article below is a little old, but Gov. Brown apparently signed the bill. Basically, CA is moving to a three year expiration of the HOV stickers. I guess it had to happen eventually.

I guess this means all the gen 1 Prius are going to be for sale very soon. Those yellow stickers are gone and they don't qualify for green or white.

The yellow stickers have been expired for 7 or 8 years. This sucks for people who rely on the sticker and don't like to buy a new car every three years.

I see, they're still running around everywhere so I figured they were grandfathered in.
