Bluetooth failure

I faced with a problem, Bluetooth malfunctioning, which resulted in AppleCar not working. I tried firmware update, delete privacy data, checked fuses, but nothing helped.
I don't want to believe that this could be a physical (bad BT chip) problem. I've searched the forums for information, but haven't come across anyone who has encountered this.
Any thoughts?

what type of phone do you have?
if your phone is still listed as a know device in your car?

phone is iphone 15, but car can't even turn on bluetooth connection

i wonder why you said "I don't want to believe that this could be a physical (bad BT chip) problem". was it working before and became not working or it never worked?
may be it's best to contact one of the local Mini dealership and have them check it out. this is either a hardware problem or the hardware doesn't like the software. since bluetooth in my mini is working, i want to say the software is fine otherwise i will be reporting issues.
