BLUELINK - Setting Specific time to CHARGE

Another newbie BLUELINK question. For the life of me I can't get a Scheduled Charge time set using BLUELINK. (PS, if there is a specific BLUELINK Forum here, I can't find it.. so here goes).

In the APP:

- Charge Schedules
- Off Peak Charging Settings
- Off Peak Charging Only selected
- Enter the Start & End times
- Click SAVE then SUBMIT

When the time arrives, nothing happens. I've tried either Off-Peak Charging Priority as well as Off-Peak Charging only ... neither makes a difference.

Has ANYONE been able to get this working? If so, can you provide the SPECIFIC steps required? I'd really like to be able to schedule for late night charging when rates are better.

Update: I called BLUELINK yesterday to see if THEY could get this stupid thing working. They were in fact able to resolve this. Here's what we did:

- Uninstalled & Reinstalled the BLUELINK app on my Android
- Reset my PASSWORD
- Launched APP & Logged back in with new password
- In the CHARGING Settings, set OFF PEAK CHARGING ONLY and the START/STOP Times
- Save then SUBMIT

It Worked !!!! (Not sure which step actually solved it, but I'm thinking it was the Uninstall & Reinstall of the APP ... since I already did all the other steps. Unless the Agent did something on her side?)
