I am a recent newbie to the Ioniq 5 world and also to the EV world. Had my black ioniq 5 for about 2 weeks now. All set up with the Bluelink app, but have noticed that two features are missing on the app. The surround camera view and also the Digital key. According to several videos, both these features are found under the menu (utilities) tab. I've never seen them and the dealership seems somewhat baffled. Does anyone else have an iphone with the latest bluelink app?? Thank you.

Which model do you have?
I believe those features are only available on the limited but not 100% sure.
BTW. The less you use your bluelink app the better your 12v battery will like you[emoji4]

I have the limited RWD. I have an iphone 13, and think maybe those features don't work on the iphone, but im not positive. Hyundai is checking into the issue but haven't heard anything back yet. Do you know anyone who has this issue with the bluelink?

I have the same car and iPhone.
How far will the app let you get before you see an issue?
I just tried and I went to the “check device page” and said device is compatible.
Next page was to setup in car but I stopped there.
Is your iPhone updated? Maybe a soft reboot on iPhone could do the trick?

FYI, the digital key function does not currrently work on the iPhone/IOS. Only Android. I believe this has to do with restrictions Apple places on their NFC. Supposedly Apple made some changes to IOS that will allow companies like Hyundai to access the NFC function, but whether they bother to is unknown. I may be wrong, but I think I heard the digital key on an iPhone might work on the Ioniq6 and 2025 Ioniq5 because they have a different infotainment system than the 22-24 I5. You can purchase a digital key card from Hyundai that will replace the keyfob, but it isn't as convenient as using your phone.
