Blinking red charge port

Got in car this afternoon to see a car has stopped charging message. I made a quick trip to grab takeout and when I plugged it in when I got home, the charge port started blinking red. Any ideas appreciated.

Check the breaker in your home electric panel. Breaker may have tripped. Red light means there is a problem with charger.
