best out-the-door price for Touring?

There are many factors including tax rates that will not get you the best answer.

Start with asking to pay $33,000 plus TTL without add-ons.
 
Most dealers will give you the best price when they're trying to make quota at the end of the month.
 
There are many factors where the dealer can make up the profit on other things like financing and price on a trade-in. For example, someone could get a great price on the purchase but a terrible price on the trade (my brother, for example). My price was only just OK but I had no trade-in and no financing and no options (also bought the first Clarity that showed up on the dealer lot last Dec--their only one).
 
The hard bargain I drove to get the Clarity I waited a year to purchase, which arrived on December 2nd: the dealer agreed to mount the snow tires I brought in.
