I've been through the Toyota Georgetown plant twice and every time, it was an engineer's "E ticket" ride. But these videos go beyond Georgetown:

GM just went through a brutal strike but Tesla shows it doesn't have to be that way. Upgrading the work from 'hands-on-product' to 'supervise-robot' all but eliminates the need for union. You don't waste skilled staff.

I'm not familiar with the phrase "E ticket", so I asked Mr. Google, who's often knowledgeable about such things:

e ticket - Urban Dictionary

Something that is exciting to do; generally has an intersting or exciting sensation. Comes from years ago when the most expensive rides at Disneyland required the most expensive and coveted "e ticket" from the book of venue tickets one purchased when entering Disneyhland.
