Most Lithium Ion batteries degrade with time. The minimum degradation occurs at about a 30% state of charge and storage at about 40F. The degradation of storing at a 100% charge and 90-110F is probably worse than the battery having a large number of 20-80 charge cycles in moderate temperatures. There are ways to assess a batteries health. The estimated range is not a reliable measure of battery health.
