Hi everyone, I am hoping I get get some guidance on this issue. Our Audi e-tron SUV has been in for service waiting for a replacement battery cell that went bad. However, it looks like they let the entire pack go to 0% SOC based on my looking at my cell-phone connected app. They have had the car for nearly 8 weeks and I think the battery SOC has been at 0% for at least 3 of those weeks. Is this going to permanently damage the battery pack?

You certainly have a valid concern, however, does the app display the actual SOC or the SOC when the charge is as low as the bottom-end buffer allows? The situation may be as bad as you fear, but the app probably can't tell you what you really want to know.
