Has anyone installed auxiliary lights in front of their grille on their Cooper SE? I would like to install on mine but before I do would like to see what others have installed.

In my opinion is nothing solid there to install a lights but I’m working on bull bar to be able attached a lights once I finish my project I post my design . A front of a car is basically a big radiator which make difficult to install any think.I give you a picture from inside how radiator look is only alloy bar there on bottom of radiator .The rest is plastic.

I had the same idea to give the Mini a rally look, but I dont know where to begin. The tutorials I saw involve drilling a hole in the dashboard and I am not comfortable with that idea

Dashboard is inside a car we talking on exterior and you need to be a little experience and advance to tackle a projects to install off road lights You reading wrong tutorials to install that on Mini .Relay wiring switch power all crab to follow.

If there was a way to make brackets like this that could enter through the front open areas on each side of the license plate and attach with clamps to the bottom radiator support like they make for the Jeeps. I wonder what the max allowable draw on the 12 volt battery of the Cooper SE is?

Try Amazon nothing for SE but maybe you can use something from older Mini
