I received an email from Aptera support informing me that my $2000 recent investment
“”I hope you're having a great day. The SolarFuture coupon for investing over $1,000 is limited to one coupon for one vehicle per investor. We apologize, as may have not been communicated clearly, as others have inquired about””
I had informed Aptera that :
I invested $10000.00 and received a .05% discount on my future purchase of my Aptera.
And then few days ago invested another $2000.00 and received another $1000 discount.
I expect to use the $1000 coupon discount and then request another .05% discount from my purchase price of the Aptera.
I was sent a reply denying me this. And the email response repeated that both cannot be used.
I explained< in their own literature their explanation was different.
“”Yes. Those who invest at least $2,000 on or after 12/1/2023, while the promotion is active, will receive a $1000 coupon off the purchase price of a vehicle. The coupon can be used with the 5% discount and will be applied prior8 to calculating the discount””

‘I received another email . Again denying my request and stating that it is not possible

I invested $10000.00 and received a .05% discount on my future purchase of my Aptera.
I'd expect more of a discount than 5 hundredths of a percent for that large an investment. Of course, that $10K could have generated a lot more interest over the time between when you placed your order and when you'll take delivery. If you're in the Accelerator program to get one of the first Apteras, maybe you can make more than that discount by flipping it as soon as it's delivered.

I understand how frustrating that must be – feeling like you’re getting the short end of the stick regarding your investment bonus. It's tough when companies don’t play ball the way we expect. I've seen that some companies can be pretty strict with their policies, even if it feels unfair.
