Aptera opens a new investment round

The circular says after this round there will be 55,714,810 shares of Class A common stock and 11,696,700 shares of Class B common stock. Adding those together and multiplied by $10.50 per share gives a value of $707.8M

Im not really sure if it’s more complicated than that. If I’m off, hopefully someone more knowledgeable can correct me.
