I submitted my application to the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program and the paperwork has been rejected (twice) due to incomplete purchase/lease agreement. I paid cash (cashier's check) to MINI of Portland and have submitted all of my paperwork to OCVP (which includes what MINI and I say is the contract - the Retail Installment Contract) but they're still saying it's not what they need. I had MINI call them but there was no specialist available with the program to speak with so they're calling the MINI guy back. I'm just wondering if it's gone through for anyone else in a similar situation (no financing) and if you experienced a similar issue.
