Anyone in Oregon successfully get their $2500 EV rebate for the SE?

I submitted my application to the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program and the paperwork has been rejected (twice) due to incomplete purchase/lease agreement. I paid cash (cashier's check) to MINI of Portland and have submitted all of my paperwork to OCVP (which includes what MINI and I say is the contract - the Retail Installment Contract) but they're still saying it's not what they need. I had MINI call them but there was no specialist available with the program to speak with so they're calling the MINI guy back. I'm just wondering if it's gone through for anyone else in a similar situation (no financing) and if you experienced a similar issue.

Mine has been accepted for review but I haven’t heard anything more from them in a couple weeks. Likely slowed down by the holidays.

I also got notified that I was missing specific information. I don’t understand it because I’m positive I sent it to them already. So I’ve sent them a whole lot more information and I’m waiting for a reply.

In my head I hear some bureaucrat with a slashed state budget telling their direct reports, "We are running out of funds. Reject the first few attempts." Oregon should not make it so difficult to claim a lawfully submitted request.

They actually have a surplus of funds. One of the big hurdles they have is getting dealers on board with the program - providing info to the consumer and offering it as a point of sale rebate.
Part of your complaints should be to Mini of Portland. They can offer the rebate on the spot if they sign up with DEQ. This currently is not available on the extra $2,500 available to Charge Ahead qualified consumers, but is on the standard rebate. The buyer signs paperwork transferring the rebate to the dealer. Participating dealers submit to DEQ once a week and get paid in ~5 business days.

Yes, we successfully received our check from the State of Oregon. It took approximately 3 months total.
