Accessing the settings screen from the steering wheel

This morning I attempted to access my settings so I could put the charger on a timer and I got a message stating that I could only access the settings from one screen at a time.
I didn't have the settings up on any other screen that I am aware of....the infotainment screen was on sirius/xm. Has anyone gotten this before? How do I resolve this?

So apparently when you go into the settings you have to hit OK at the bottom of the screen when you are done otherwise the system thinks you are still in that screen. Just thought I would share in case someone else comes across the same problem.
